Learner Profile: Certificate in Administration
This course is aimed at providing learners with the relevant knowledge and skills to enable them to obtain employment in an administrative capacity. This one year course is offered on a full-time basis.
The main qualification is the Certificate in Office Procedures. This qualification enables the learner to demonstrate their understanding of the procedures that are in place in the modern office.
In addition to the above Certificate the following additional subjects are also offered:
- English for Office Skills
- Numeracy
- CLAiT 2006
- OCR Text Processing Certificate/ Diploma at Levels 1/2/3
- British Computer Society Using IT Levels 1 and 2 incorporating ECDL
- Key Skills Level 2
- Job/Course Application and Personal Presentation Skills
